A little about me: I’m a mom to two amazing grown sons and one very spoiled four-legged fur baby. I’ve spent over 30 years in the natural health world, and helping people feel their best has always been my passion.

I believe that taking care of your skin shouldn’t be complicated, expensive, or full of ingredients you can’t pronounce — just simple, clean, and effective.

My husband Rich and I are the team behind SMPL Tallow. We share a love for wellness and sustainable living, and we’ve poured that into every jar we make. We own a Chiropractic office in our local town for 30+ years and feel that what you put IN your body is just as important as what you put ON your body. 

We love experimenting with different product formulations, and we are incredibly thoughtful about sourcing the highest-quality, ethically-raised tallow. Meanwhile, I’m always on the lookout for the healthiest, most nourishing ingredients — and I love sharing what I find with others.

Together, we slow-render our tallow the traditional way, then blend it with organic avocado oil and carefully selected essential oils to create a balm that’s deeply hydrating, healing, and gentle on even the most sensitive skin.
