At SMPL Tallow, our products are handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Because of this, please allow 4-6 business days for us to prepare and ship your order. We do our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible. We will not ship to a P.O. Box.

Our products are hand-packaged right here in the USA with care and attention to detail.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At SMPL Tallow, our mission is to provide you with the highest quality, all-natural products that nourish your skin and elevate your self-care routine. We believe in what we create, and we want you to feel just as excited about it as we do. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. While our products are designed to be gentle and effective, we know they may not be for everyone. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for store credit, which will be added to your account. We want to make sure you're fully satisfied, and store credit gives you the freedom to choose something else that may work better for you.

You will be responsible for all return packaging and shipping costs.
